Academic Armageddon: Brian Brown is a Senior Reader at de Montfort University. Some excellent links to his own publications and many alternative views of mental health care available elsewhere on the site.This site has been very influential on me, and he even answers emails! When you first visit the site go to the bottom of the page where the best links are. Definitely the site to go to if you are of a subversive persuasion.
Mental Health Nurse.co.uk Steve Bradford who runs this site is a practicing mental health nurse and much more reasonable and far more sensible than I am. The site has a very good students section. You can register for regular (though not too regular as to be annoying) updates.
